Who we are

Zyair Vendors is the controller of the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy a digital product, and what you can do about it. Questions go to zysponser@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, name if provided, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
  • Two-factor authentication data if you enable it, such as a verification code or app secret
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive only a transaction reference, the last four digits, and status. We never see or store full card numbers
  • Order and delivery data: purchases, receipts, download logs, and support messages
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and basic page-view analytics used for security and fraud prevention

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

2. How and why we use it

  • To deliver the product you purchased and provide your account (performance of a contract)
  • To send receipts, security codes, and essential account emails (contract and legitimate interests)
  • To detect fraud, license abuse, and chargeback abuse, and to secure the site (legitimate interests)
  • To respond to support requests (contract and legitimate interests)
  • To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation)
  • To send marketing emails only where you have opted in (consent, withdrawable at any time)

We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers acting on our instructions: Stripe (payment processing and fraud checks), our hosting and database provider (site, accounts, and order storage), and our email provider (receipts and security codes). We may also disclose data where legally required, to enforce our terms, or as part of a business transfer. Some providers process data in the United States; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary first-party cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, your cart, theme preference, and fraud prevention. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may break checkout or sign-in.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls, hashed passwords, and optional two-factor authentication on your account. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing emails. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have these rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Email zysponser@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. EU and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

7. Retention

Order, invoice, and tax records are kept for 7 years as required by law. Account and download logs are kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymized within 12 months of closure. Support messages are kept for 2 years. We delete other data on request unless we are legally required to keep it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes will be communicated by email or an on-site notice.
